Hello, my name is Misha D'yachkov. I am from Russia and I lived most of my life in Chernogolovka
(isn't it a cool name :-) - a small town 40 km north from Moscow.
I am married (my wife's name is Yulia - she is a student at UBC) and we have a 4-year-old son (his name is Gleb, actually you see his picture on this page). We'are living in Vancouver B.C. for the last 4 years.
I graduated from the Physics Department
of the Moscow University
and got my PhD from the University of British Columbia
This site is a joint venture of Carolyn and myself, but we would like to see other people's stories and comments here: sometime even a small hint, a phone/fax number or an address can help somebody...
