Canadian humour is great. In fact most of the really great North American comedic (or even serious) actors are Canadians - something that a lot of Americans (US) do not realise! Not to mention scores of other famous people.

• On TV I am nuts about the Royal Canadian Air Farce . A show that touches on pythonesque madness as they attack the week's events in Canada and around the world. Love it. Do go and see the site. The clips may seem a little odd but once you've seen them you'll be hooked.

• The Red Green Show gives an in depth explanation of Canadian male bonding (usually involving duct tape) and the Canadian lodge tradition which appears to involve a lot of talk about fishing without too much in the way of catching and copious amounts of beer. But I could be wrong.

• This Hour has 22 Minutes Similar in vein to Air Farce and addictively clever.

There are dozens of stand up comics who are really great.
